Custom Hats

Upload your own file/logo, select your hat brand/style, hat color, patch color, and more! Once you place in cart and checkout, we will reach out to finalize the order(patch shapes, stitching style etc...) All our patches are stitched directly to the hat at NO EXTRA COST!

Pricing is based on single and small hat orders. For Larger orders please use the discount codes at checkout below. For tax exempt/wholesale, please contact at cwest@ancientcityhatco.com. 

1-5 hats: No discount

6-11 hats: "halfdozen" for 5% off

12-23 hats: "onedozen"  for 10% off

24-35 hats: "twodozen" for 15% off

36-49 hats: "threedozen" for 20% off

5--99 hats: "bulkbuy" for 25% off

100+ hats: "benfranklin" for 30% off

All files for own design are preferred to be in Vector, SVG or PDF format. Other file formats will be charged $15 additional fee to digitize to SVG and other formats. You will be provided those files for future personal use as well.
