Ancient City Hat Co. is a St. Augustine, Florida-based custom hat company built around quality craftsmanship, dependable service, and hats made to represent the people and businesses that wear them.

We specialize in creating custom hats for businesses, brands, organizations, events, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone looking to turn their own logo or idea into something they can wear. From a single custom hat to larger wholesale and business orders, our goal is to make the process simple while delivering a finished product that looks professional and holds up to everyday use.

We work with trusted hat brands including Richardson, Zapped, Flexfit, 1010 Hats, and other quality styles, giving our customers a variety of fits, colors, and designs to choose from. Every patch is carefully produced and stitched onto the hat for a clean, durable, premium finish.

One of the things that sets Ancient City Hat Co. apart is our ability to handle much of the customization process in-house. Using laser engraving, UV printing, and professional patch production techniques, we can take your existing artwork—or help prepare your design—and turn it into a hat that represents your business, lifestyle, or brand. All of the hats that leave our shop have the patches stitched directly to the hat for lasting quality. 

We are based in Northeast Florida, and many of our designs are inspired by the places and lifestyles that make this area unique—fishing, hunting, backroads, coastal waters, and the outdoors.
